I Call It Solid Chocolate Nut Banana Apple Loaf

made some banana bread, grandpa kerksiek style: didn't have enough bananas, used plantains; not enough butter, used applesauce; started baking for 7 minutes but forgot the eggs, so pulled out pans, threw everything back in the bowl, added eggs, mixed thoroughly, sprayed a new layer of pam over the crusty pans--voila! should be good.
