Platanos al Carbon

One of my favorite dishes, simply:

  • slice three plantains 
  • sprinkle brown sugar on top
  • bake at 350 for 8-9 hours
  • garnish with irony
  • serves zero

A little trick:  I like to go to bed and just wait for the sweet smell of Platanos Carbones to waft upstairs, under my door, and wake me from a deep, drug-induced sleep.
